The bedding cleanliness needed attention, as we noticed unwashed blankets and pillows. This was disappointing, especially for the price we paid. Overall, the charm of the area and the cozy cabin feel were delightful, but the cleanliness and transportation accessibility left room for improvement.

Cozy stay in a winter paradise

During my stay, I loved the cozy ambiance of the cabin, especially the warmth from the underfloor heating. The location was peaceful, with beautiful snowy scenery surrounding us. Free sleds were available, which made for a fun activity for the kids! I appreciated the direct bus service to the city center, making it easy to explore Rovaniemi.

However, there were some inconveniences. WiFi connectivity was weak, affecting our ability to stay connected. We also found it unusual to have to rent linens and towels, which added unexpected costs to our stay. A few basic kitchen supplies would have been appreciated.

The Indonesian food was a delightful surprise! It's a true taste of home with rich flavors that transported my palate to the islands. The cozy room even had a kitchenette, great for whipping up late-night snacks. Plus, the quiet atmosphere made for a restful sleep, perfect after culinary adventures.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in a cozy chalet with our kiddie. The area was pristine and quiet, perfect for family walks in the surrounding forest. Watching the Northern Lights was a highlight, and the outdoor space with free toboggans kept our child entertained.

I stayed in the Economy Triple Room for 2 nights. The room was clean and had a little kitchen, which was super handy. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Plus, it's nice and quiet outside, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bus stop right in front made getting around easy. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better!

we rented a separate house that was warm and clean, with crisp white linens. the location is about 10 km from the center, making it easy to access by public transport. the staff was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which we really appreciated.
